  • Network issues: Sometimes network delays can cause temporary issues. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Contact Your Bank: If your card continues to be declined, contact your bank to determine if there are any restrictions.
  • Reach Out to Support: If the problem persists, use the in-app helpdesk or live chat to contact Shipfinex support for further assistance.

    Note: As Shipfinex uses a secure third-party payment gateway, any issues related to the card input or OTP verification may require assistance from either your bank or Transak's support team.
